I had a great experience here at this place. the breakfast was good, I suggest you check it out. the wifi was decent, and there were lots of food choices available. My room wasn't too expensive and had a cozy bed. 

The location is awesome, otherwise the stay was okay for the price. We were in the hotel during the main season, as it can surely be more expensive, but compared to the European prices, the price-performance comparison was honestly negative. 

I highly recommend this place and love coming back here, with its amazing location by the ocean and a fantastic lobby restaurant to relax in.

The restaurant offers delicious food at reasonable prices. The large bathroom was a plus. The staff was top-notch, super friendly, and always ready to help. The location is incredible, within walking distance from Lobster Express. The hotel is situated in a lovely 

The location on the beach is perfect. The rooms are comfortable and parking is free.

In the restaurant there was no warm meal in the evening due to the high workload. All in all, the hotel is a bit outdated, but therefore it is relatively cheap and the equipment is still very good.

Ideal location, right by the ocean. Private and quiet room with a balcony overlooking the waves. Gracious and professional service. Convenient amenities like snack and ice machines, as well as a washer and dryer. Comfortable and clean accommodations. 

The pillows and bed here are comfortable, and the area is great for walking.

I loved the location of the hotel as its right by the sea. We travelled by ferry to Boston each day which was a fun way to travel. I also liked the bar and restaurant especially the food.

I think the ferry ports of Hull and Quincy are a bit far away from the hotel therefore incurring a fairly expensive taxi ride. I think the hotel should have a free shuttle service. We used the restaurant twice and on both occasions the waiter/waitress got our order wrong or forgot to bring a certain part of our dish to the table.
